Terms of use and license

Last updated: 3 October 2026. These terms are between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye (“we”). Purchases are made from Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the payment.

What you may do

You may use the TagBridge converter to convert tag database exports you are entitled to use and use the resulting files without restriction. In free mode you may export up to 200 distinct tags in total. A license key raises that limit:

• Project — one migration project: one plant tag database (including its later versions and parts), up to 5,000 distinct tags in total, no expiry.
• Project Unlimited — one migration project: one plant tag database, unlimited tags, no expiry.
• Integrator — any number of projects for one company during the paid subscription year.

“Distinct tags” counts each legacy tag name once, however often it is exported. The converter keeps a record of name fingerprints (never the names) in your browser to apply these limits; clearing that record does not extend the license.

Keys are personal to the buyer’s company. Do not share or publish them. We may revoke keys that were refunded, charged back or published.

Your responsibility for converted configuration

TagBridge produces configuration files; it does not connect to your gateway, controllers or process. Converted addresses, scaling, alarm setpoints and priorities must be reviewed and tested by a qualified person before they are used on a live system. The conversion report lists everything that was changed, skipped or assumed.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to TagBridge is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime, equipment damage or lost profits, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

Trademarks

AVEVA, InTouch, Wonderware, GE, iFIX, Ignition and Inductive Automation are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatible file formats. TagBridge is not affiliated with these companies.

Changes and law

We may change these terms for future purchases; the terms in force when you bought a key apply to that key. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
