Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked

If TagBridge does not work for you, e-mail support@atesensoftware.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number or the e-mail address you used. We ask Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to refund the full amount. Refunds usually reach your card or account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

A refunded license key is revoked and stops unlocking exports.

Integrator subscription

You can cancel the yearly subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by e-mailing us; it stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew. A renewal charge can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.

A full refund (or a chargeback) of an Integrator payment revokes its keys and cancels the subscription at once, so it does not renew. If only some of the keys on a subscription are refunded, we lower the quantity of the subscription for the next renewal.
